Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and client experiences to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clienteling and after-sales service.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the customer journey.
  • Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cashiering.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding brand standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and brand heritage.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience in luxury fashion, watches, or jewellery is a plus.
  • Strong passion for luxury, fashion, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in English and additional languages (Mandarin, Malay) is an advantage to effectively communicate with clients.
