Job Summary:

Spearhead and pioneer the company's IT infrastructure including any server/cloud systems related with file storage, access and employee's accounts. This personnel is also required to create contingency and preventive maintenance effort to minimize or fully mitigate any incidents that may cause detriment to the company's processes and data.

Responsibilities:

Building and Pioneering IT Foundation

• Creating a centralized, secure company file storage & access system.
• Manage the system related with company's as well as employee's accounts
• management.
• Established and install awareness in company cyber hygiene policy.
• Establish policy and firewalls related with maintenance and security of devices
• used inside the company.
• Perform routine backups to company's data.
• Keep track of company's virtual assets and its accessibility.
• Supervise connectivity related aspects issues in FILPAL's offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, specialization in cybersecurity.
• At least 3 years of industrial experience.

Optional Skillsets:

• Demonstrate ability to work and self-learn independently.
• Possess outspoken nature with good EQ in instructing people to adhere to policies.
• Demonstrate ability to identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Demonstrate ability for good time management in handling multiple job scopes.
• Familiar with usage of A, its potential and its danger.
