Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including interior designers, fit-out contractors, and property owners.
  4. Update clients with the latest product catalogs and provide samples as needed.
  5. Conduct product presentations and address client inquiries.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  11. Perform sales administration tasks, including updating the CRM system, issuing quotations, and managing payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Interior design or out-fit interior industry.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business.
