We're Hiring: Senior Bakery & Pastry Chef

We're looking for a Senior Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our team and bring creativity, quality, and consistency to every bake

Location: JQ Central, Kota Kinabalu.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bakery and pastry production
  • Ensure top quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team
  • Manage ingredient inventory and cost control
  • Develop and introduce new recipes and seasonal items
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery or pastry production
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking
