Project Planner

Job Summary:

The Project Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and optimize resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts, risks, or delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for accurate project planning.
• Assist in resource allocation and workload management to optimize project efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to communicate project status.
• Support project managers in planning meetings, reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure all planning documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project planner or scheduler.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
