• Manage customer complaints professionally with appropriate follow-up.

• Provide basic after-sales support to customers.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Mentor new staff on customer service procedures and best practices.

Grooming

• Maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Adhere to the company's Retail Grooming Guidelines.

Housekeeping & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is consistently clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Safeguard stock, fixtures, fittings, and store furniture.
• Uphold high standards of visual presentation and merchandising.

Professional Conduct & Product Knowledge

• Possess and maintain strong product knowledge at all times.
• Demonstrate proactiveness and initiative in daily responsibilities.
• Build positive communication and rapport with colleagues and customers.
• Conduct oneself with professionalism and appropriate behavior at all times.
