We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, enjoy maintaining organized records, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank & Payment Management
- Update and monitor daily bank balances.
- Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate bank transaction records.
- Handle fund transfers and save monthly bank statements.
- Share daily/weekly foreign exchange rate updates.
Invoicing & Document Handling
- Issue and file GRNs, DOs, CNs, and invoices.
- Email invoices to customers and manage documentation.
- Coordinate with invoicing team for missing Credit Notes.
- Request Payment Vouchers (PVs) from customers' B2B portals.
- Match invoice records with warehouse documents.
Sales & Data Management
- Record and update daily retail sales.
- Back up data in AutoCount regularly.
- Share Statements of Account (SOA) with the team.
- Manage scanned rebate documentation efficiently.
Claims, Utilities & Admin Support
- Update and monitor utilities expenses.
- Prepare and share utility claim reports.
- Alert superiors on unpaid utilities.
- Coordinate pantry restocking and basic office supplies.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6pm
Saturday- 9am to 1 pm
