Our client Smardt Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Engineer (HVAC) to join their team

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the HVAC industry, focusing on Central Plants and Chillers. You will be a key player in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring project compliance, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing?
  • Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the company's success.
  • Manage projects: Oversee project activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Prepare documentation: Create project plans, technical documents, and reports to track progress and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure safety: Implement safety measures to guarantee a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Commission and handover: Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning, and hand over completed projects to the client.
Who are they looking for?
  • Technical expertise: More than 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong technical background in chillers or HVAC systems.
  • Education background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for outstation projects as required.
