Job Responsibility

IT Support Services:

  • Provide IT support services to the group, adhering to IT support request standard operating procedures.
  • Assess and troubleshoot IT support requests, including hardware and software issues.
  • Update the Support Issue Tracking List daily in the company ticketing system.
  • Raise Purchase Requisition Forms and track purchase orders for necessary IT support purchases.
  • Close IT support requests upon job completion.
  • Manage support team and coordinate

Application Support:

  • Provide Level 1 support for HIS, FIS, and HRMS applications.
  • Escalate major issues to Level 2 support and ensure closure within SLA.

Custodian of IT Assets:

  • Manage and maintain IT-related assets and infrastructure, including servers, racks, switches, UPS, desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, software licenses, VM, source codes, network, internet, NAS, storage, and backup systems.

Technology and Trends:

  • Stay updated on new IT technologies and trends, providing suggestions for improvements as needed.

IT Budget and Planning:

  • Create, monitor, and plan the IT budget.
  • Implement the Group IT Masterplan.

ISO Compliance:

  • Adhere to company ISO9001:2015 standard operating procedures.

Maintenance:

  • Perform corrective and preventive IT maintenance.

Documentation:

  • Maintain proper filing and records.

Data Backup:

  • Ensure periodic data backups and follow backup redundancy procedures (one onsite and one offsite copy).

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Identify, follow up, and resolve issues as instructed by the direct superior.
  • Uphold the company's image and good name.

Attend appointments punctually and follow up with clients as promised.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
