We are looking for a passionate Nutritionist cum Online Health Advisor to educate, guide, and support our customers in achieving their health goals while promoting Afyaa's range of wellness solutions.

Role Overview

As a Nutritionist cum Online Health Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert nutritional advice to customers, conducting online consultations, and creating engaging health-related content to enhance brand trust and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultation & Advisory

• Provide personalized health and nutrition advice to customers via online consultations, live , and social media platforms.
• Assess customer health concerns and recommend suitable Afyaa products based on their needs.
• Educate customers on healthy lifestyles, balanced diets, and disease prevention.

2. Content Creation & Education

• Develop informative and engaging health-related content for social media, blogs, and video platforms.
• Host live Q&A sessions, webinars, and online workshops to educate audiences about nutrition and wellness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create science-backed product explainers and guides.

3. Customer Engagement & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries on health, wellness, and product-related concerns across digital platforms.
• Assist in developing FAQs, guides, and customer support materials for common health concerns.
• Track customer feedback to improve advisory services and product recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Certified Nutritionist or Dietitian preferred.
• Experience in providing health consultations, preferably in an online setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex health concepts for the general public.
• Comfortable creating video content, hosting live sessions, and engaging with customers on social media.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people achieve better lifestyles.
