To support our expanding portfolio of regional projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact IT solutions.

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, ensuring that client objectives are met with precision, speed, and quality. You'll work closely with clients, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT implementation projects in the oil & gas or digital payment sectors.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations at all levels.
  • Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific project governance.
  • Track and report project progress, status, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably with exposure to oil & gas or digital payment systems.
  • Proven experience managing full SDLC projects (Agile and/or Waterfall).
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with loyalty platforms, fleet card systems, or payment gateways.
  • Familiarity with ISO/PCI-DSS compliance or ITIL practices.
  • Exposure to regional or international project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
