  • E-Commerce Operations Support

  • Upload and update product information, pricing, and inventory status across platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify)

  • Monitor product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency in titles, descriptions, images, and tags
  • Assist in automating routine e-commerce tasks such as product imports/exports and stock syncing
  • Test and troubleshoot issues related to cart, checkout, and payment gateway integrations

  • Compile and analyze e-commerce performance data (clicks, conversion rate, bounce rate) using tools like Google Analytics or platform dashboards

  • Website & Platform Maintenance

  • Assist in updating banners, navigation links, and web pages through CMS (e.g., Shopify or WordPress)

  • Test website usability on different devices and browsers; identify bugs or areas for optimization
  • Participate in basic front-end development (HTML/CSS edits) under supervision

  • Help with image compression and code optimization for better page load performance

  • Graphic & Content Collaboration

  • Work with the graphic team to edit product photos (cropping, resizing, background removal)

  • Assist in designing simple promotional materials such as product cards, story visuals, and sale banners
  • Ensure all digital assets (photos, graphics, etc.) are stored and named properly in shared folders

  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to support content creation

  • Customer Experience & UI/UX Contribution

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve product display, customer journey, and overall website layout

  • Review customer feedback and highlight areas of improvement in the design or functionality of the site

  • Assist in creating mockups or wireframes using basic prototyping tools

  • Fulfillment Process Involvement (Backup Role)

  • Learn the backend of order processing, including invoice printing, packing, and tracking

  • Help sync order status between e-commerce platforms and fulfillment software

  • Work with the team to ensure accurate and timely shipping updates to customers

  • Technical Documentation & Reporting

  • Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to e-commerce tools or content processes

  • Maintain records of tasks performed and support the team with daily and weekly reports
  • Assist in developing a knowledge base or internal wiki for e-commerce tools used by the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS)
  • Interest in graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Shopify, TikTok Shop) is an advantage

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
