Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for algorithm design in fields such as industrial equipment and computer vision, encompassing feature extraction, pattern recognition, and model training

  • Optimise existing algorithms to enhance model performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, recall, inference speed)

  • Conduct model training and tuning using mainstream frameworks

  • Research large AI models and perform fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) optimisation based on business requirements

  • Optimise model inference performance through techniques such as GPU acceleration and quantisation pruning

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with industrial image segmentation, image classification, object detection, few-shot learning, incremental learning, YOLO-World, Grounding DINO, transferSeg, AIDI, VIDI, 3C
