About the role

As a Promoter at Camidas Foods Resources Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality food products in retail stores across Melaka. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work directly with customers, showcasing our products and driving sales.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers in a friendly and informative manner to promote our food products
  2. Providing product demonstrations and sampling to generate interest and increase sales
  3. Ensuring our product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
  4. Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the team to help improve our offerings
  5. Maintaining excellent product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently
  6. Supporting the retail team in achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  2. Enthusiasm for food and a genuine interest in providing a high level of customer service
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  4. Basic numerical skills to handle cash and stock management
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  6. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential
