Jobscope: Crew Restaurant

Sebagai Crew Restoran, anda memainkan peranan penting dalam menyampaikan pengalaman pelanggan yang terbaik. Anda bertanggungjawab dalam pelbagai tugasan termasuk menyediakan makanan, menjaga kebersihan, dan memberikan layanan pelanggan yang mesra dan profesional.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  1. Memberi Layanan Pelanggan yang Mesra dan Sopan

  2. Menyambut pelanggan dengan senyuman dan salam.

  3. Membantu pelanggan membuat pilihan menu dan menjawab pertanyaan dengan sopan.

  4. Penyediaan Makanan dan Minuman

  5. Menyediakan hidangan mengikut resipi dan standard yang ditetapkan.

  6. Memastikan makanan disediakan bersih, cepat dan berkualiti.

  7. Menjaga Kebersihan dan Kekemasan Restoran

  8. Membersihkan meja, kawasan makan, dapur dan tandas secara berkala.

  9. Mengemas meja selepas pelanggan beredar.

  10. Menguruskan Stok Harian

  11. Membantu menyusun stok bahan mentah dan barangan kering.

  12. Memastikan bahan sentiasa mencukupi dan segar.

  13. Mematuhi SOP dan Arahan Pengurusan

  14. Sentiasa mengikut prosedur kerja, kebersihan, dan keselamatan makanan.

  15. Melaksanakan tugasan yang diarahkan oleh Supervisor atau Pengurus.

  16. Bekerjasama sebagai Satu Pasukan

  17. Menjalin hubungan kerja yang baik dengan rakan sekerja.

  18. Membantu rakan lain apabila perlu, terutama semasa waktu sibuk.

  19. Menjalankan Tugas Pelbagai (Multitasking)

  20. Bersedia bekerja di pelbagai bahagian seperti dapur, kaunter atau kawasan servis mengikut keperluan operasi.

  21. Menjaga Penampilan Diri

  22. Memakai uniform yang lengkap dan kemas sepanjang masa bertugas.

  23. Menepati Waktu Dan Disiplin Kerja

  24. Hadir bekerja mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.

  25. Mematuhi masa rehat, waktu masuk dan keluar kerja.

  26. Mempromosikan Imej Syarikat

  27. Sentiasa memberikan layanan yang positif kepada pelanggan.

  28. Menjadi wakil yang baik dalam menjaga reputasi restoran.

  29. Memastikan Susun Atur Restoran Sentiasa Teratur

  30. Menyusun peralatan, meja dan kerusi mengikut standard yang ditetapkan.

  31. Memastikan kawasan servis dan kaunter sentiasa kemas dan bersedia menerima pelanggan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
