About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Personal Driver to join our team at Matthew Lim Associates. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and punctual transportation services to our directors. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate company vehicles to transport executives and clients to various destinations
  2. Maintain a detailed log of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles
  4. Assist with light errands and tasks as required
  5. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional driver or chauffeur
  2. A valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record
  3. Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's road network and traffic patterns
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  8. Non Smoker
  9. Able to commit to outstation visits
