Position Overview

As a Bank Insurance Advisor, you will be stationed at a bank branch to assist customers with their insurance needs. You will represent a reputable insurance brand, offering protection solutions through face-to-face consultation. The role includes comprehensive product training, strong income potential, and a structured path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and explain insurance products to bank customers
  • Assess financial goals and offer customised insurance plans
  • Build long-term trust and support with clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Take part in regular sales and product training sessions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates from any industry background may be considered
  • Bank Insurance Advisor (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Diploma holders with under 1 year experience
  • Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Advisor: Degree holders with 2+ years relevant experience

(Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated for suitable positions)

Salary & Incentives

  • Basic salary between RM 2,600 and RM 10,000 depending on role level
