Sunway Diploma Studies is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Management Accounting for its Diploma Programmes offered at Sunway College (KL).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops.
  • Plan lessons and prepare relevant teaching materials.
  • Guide and support students in both their academic journey and career planning.
  • Set, mark, and provide feedback on assignments, tests, and exams.
  • Supervise student projects and extracurricular activities.
  • Participate in education fairs and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes.
  • Manage essential academic tasks such as attendance tracking, invigilation, and course reviews.

Requirement:

  • Possess a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent industry-related experience.
  • Strong commitment to diploma-level education and student success.
  • Proven excellence in teaching, with relevant evidence or experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering quality education.
