As a Product Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product roadmaps, and execute initiatives that drive growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, and experience in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Identify customer needs and create customer-centric product solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product features.
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage to inform decisions using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and requirements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and integration.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products
  • Experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, etc
  • Good understanding of user experience and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creating customer-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Experience in SAAS or B2B related products and added experience with POS system will be great advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
