Your Daily Mission

· Be the friendly face (and voice) for our patients and families.

· Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other internal departments.

· Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with care and professionalism.

· Help keep patient information and communication smooth and clear.

· Assist management with day-to-day coordination tasks.

We're Looking For:

· Have at least SPM or equivalent.

· Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu or English (Mandarin is an advantage).

· Love talking to people and solving problems.

· Stay calm and positive, even when things get busy.

· Work well in a team and treat everyone with empathy.
