service crew/waiter

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests.
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards and hygiene practices.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
• Assist in preparing beverages or simple food items when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, referring to supervisors when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area, service counters, and utensils.
• Support other team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
• Preferably with experience in F&B or customer service; training will be provided for fresh candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit, presentable, and with a positive working attitude.
• Team player and willing to learn.
