Job Description

  • Participate in our structured training program (theory & practical)
  • Assist in classes and gradually progress to teaching your own sessions
  • Support studio operations and create a welcoming environment for members
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our team to uphold LAVA's exceptional service standards in Malaysia
  • Collaborate with the studio team to support events, community initiatives, and member engagement

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduates welcome — no prior certification or experience required
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to full-time work
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
