Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and invoices.

  2. Maintain and update supplier, logistics, and inventory records in the SAP/ERP system.

  3. Support import/export documentation, customs clearance, and LMW-related paperwork.

  4. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments on delivery schedules and document verification.

  5. Ensure all SCM documents are properly filed, controlled, and retrievable for audit or ISO compliance.

  6. Assist in preparing monthly reports on purchasing, logistics, and inventory movements.

  7. Monitor stock levels and support stock count or cycle count activities.

  8. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence for the SCM department.

  9. Support Supply Chain Executives and Managers in day-to-day operational coordination.

  10. Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.


Job Requirements

· Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

· 1–3 years of working experience in supply chain, logistics, or admin support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

· Basic knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and inventory processes.

· Experience with SAP system or ERP software is an added advantage.

· Familiar with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) documentation preferred.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
