About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Checker to lead and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and trade return operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Warehouse Inbound, Outbound, and Trade Return Operations in compliance with SOP.
  • Manage operational issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff on daily tasks and performance.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Uphold safety, maintenance, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
  • Execute daily cycle counts and participate in stock take processes.

Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG (Foods or Home Care) warehouse operationsor equivalent.
  • Experience in operating Reach Truck, Forklift, and Power Pallet Truck.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and safety awareness.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
