- Performs a variety of non-technical, administrative tasks, in quality, operations or manufacturing sites.
- Records and coordinates the flow of work and materials between departments, examines orders for goods, and prepares production schedules; may also coordinate quality hold and release of materials or product.
- Compiles and records production, quality and/or operation data following prescribed record keeping procedures.
- Prepares production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.
- Compiles reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
- Maintains document control or files of documents used and prepared in manufacturing operations or quality and operations.
- Minimum qualifications are required to be Diploma Holders with strong computer literate and able to support multiple stakeholder's cross department in administrative job.
- Good verbal and written English communication
