Description
As a Test Engineer, you will take ownership of all technical aspects of product testing at our subcontract assembly and test locations. You will be responsible for test programs, test hardware, production qualification, and overcoming barriers to Overall Equipment Effectiveness. We look to all of our test engineering personnel to innovate and drive operational and quality excellence. This position interfaces with R&D staff as well as with Operations personnel and the subcontractor's test staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions at our OSATs.
  • Work closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software and hardware).
  • Travel to our OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.

Education And Professional Experience

  • BSEE or equivalent, MSEE preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
  • Relevant experience in analog product test engineering responsibility, production support and new product introduction will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking related to semiconductor ATE systems.
  • A basic understanding of statistical methods of tester and program comparisons is desired.
  • Good planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
  • English fluency, other languages desirable
