Roles Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic
HR & Admin Executive
with strong expertise in
recruitment
to support our company's talent acquisition and HR functions. The role will focus heavily on end-to-end recruitment activities, while also assisting with general HR administration and office operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, people-oriented, and experienced in sourcing and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Main Focus):
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and support new hire onboarding.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
HR & Admin (Secondary Support):
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage leave, attendance, and basic HR administration.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data.
- Provide administrative support for office operations, events, and training activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is essential, as this role may require communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
