Job Purpose

As an SLM Executive, you will be the guardian of our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll define, monitor, and elevate service standards, working closely with teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that every service hits the mark. Your insights will help drive continuous improvements, customer trust, and organizational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, manage, and enforce SLAs that reflect real customer needs and expectations.
  • Track service performance and present clear, insightful reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee support and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and cost-efficient operations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to enhance service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Negotiate SLA terms, pricing, and performance requirements with vendors.
  • Train and brief service teams and product managers on SLA scope and expectations.
  • Lead regular review meetings with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend improvements that boost efficiency and performance.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline SLA monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate, timely SLA billing and documentation.

What You Bring

  • Degree in IT, Finance, or any related field
