The Job

  • Continuous improvements including Kaizen, TQM, and other operation improvements systems
  • Optimize production processes, systems & structures for operation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Equipment and processes meet operational, quality, and engineering standards.
  • Cost-reduction and waste-elimination to reduce manufacturing cost.

Job Responsibilities

  • Increase factory productivity through machine capabilities, operators efficiency and work methods
  • Time studies and work measurements for operators efficiency
  • Special projects for new products development
  • Capacity planning, capital budgeting, and long-term strategic planning

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with strong industrial engineering exposure
  • Strong initiative, analytical mindset, and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Applicants should be adept with engineering design software and systems
