Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Motorcycle Inspectors (Purchaser) to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing used motorcycles while ensuring they meet company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motorcycle conditions, market pricing, and negotiation strategies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory quality and ensuring a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motorcycle Inspection & Evaluation: Assess the mechanical and cosmetic condition of used motorcycles, ensuring they meet company's quality standards.
  • Purchasing & Sourcing: Identify, negotiate, and purchase motorcycles from individual sellers, dealers, and other sources.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on motorcycle market trends, pricing, and demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Price Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to secure the best deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for all acquired motorcycles, including ownership transfers and registrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with sellers professionally, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in motorcycle purchasing, inspection, or a related field is preffered.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle brands, models, and mechanical components.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess vehicle conditions and identify potential repairs or issues.
  • A valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel for inspections.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting.
