Job description

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform future campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Coordination

    Assist in creating or coordinating marketing materials such as social media content, website artworks, product descriptions and etc.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Channels

    Support in managing social media platforms, website updates, and other marketing campaigns to ensure consistent engagement with the target audience.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination

    Liaise with external vendors, media partners, and influencers to support promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Event Coordination

Help organize and coordinate marketing events, product launches, or exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution and promotional success.

  • Administrative Support

    Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining marketing files.
  • Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation

Identify and source local and international vendors and suppliers to expand product offerings and diversify the merchandise portfolio.

Required skills and qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in Marketing/ mass communication/ business studies/ its equivalent
  • With 1 year working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
  • Experience in social media management and campaign execution
  • Strong communication, problem solving skills & ability to multitasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
