Mechanical Engineer/Assistant

Responsibility

  1. Assist in daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment.

  2. Support installation and commissioning of new machines.

  3. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.

  4. Ensure safety compliance in all mechanical works.

  5. Prepare basic reports on machine breakdowns and maintenance activities.

  6. Work closely with production and engineering teams to solve technical issues.

  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  8. Assist in process improvements, data analysis, documentation, or coordination work as needed.

  9. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills, adapt to new functions, and take on cross-department responsibilities.

  10. Uphold professional conduct, teamwork, and a positive working attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any Mechanical or equivalent engineering.
  • At least 1 to 2 years related working experience.
  • Posses knowledge and skill in Auto CAD
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently
  • 6 working days in a week
