Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Present and explain products or services to prospective customers.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Help achieve monthly sales targets and team goals.
  • Cross-sell or upsell relevant products/services when appropriate.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide information on product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle complaints and offer appropriate solutions within time limits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
