Project Engineer – Manufacturing Systems Transfer

Job description
- As a project engineer to define plan, schedule and work with US team to establish and transfer the system to Kulim lab, validate, resolve gap arise.
The system is as following
a) material (direct and indirect) inventory system : cabinet/shelfing system, Inventory monitoring, ordering triggering
b) shopfloor system (SAP ME) : shop order creation, label printing, route creation, build data logging, paste control, transaction logging till packing
c) manufacturing control : Material issuance and return process, Moisture part control and labelling, critical part control (paste) – useful life, stock
d) Collateral/Jig and fixture ordering and its inventory system : cabinet/shelfing system, Inventory monitoring, new and repeat purchase
e) SMT machine recipe creation : learn process from US team and establish process in Kulim lab.
f) PM system :
Collaborate with US team to develop training material of 1 a), b), c), d), e), and f) and train and certify the employees of the new system deploying in Kulim lab
Make improvement of US transfer system and process if necessary per request from Kulim lab Management Team.
Candidate are required to work in flexible hours to accommodate business meeting with US (early or late hours).
