Job Overview
Poliklinik Damai Sdn Bhd is a growing healthcare provider offering comprehensive medical services to the local community. We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join our team and provide high-quality healthcare to our patients. The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and consultations to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and infectious diseases.
- Provide preventive care through screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
- Perform minor medical procedures (e.g., wound suturing, drainage of abscesses).
- Coordinate and supervise clinic assistants and support staff to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Maintain proper and accurate patient records using clinic management software.
- Issue medical certificates (MC), referral letters, and prescriptions as required.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) from a reputable institution.
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates will also be considered).
- Strong clinical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic and managing multiple cases daily.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

Pay: RM8, RM11,000.00 per month
