Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily boutique operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to meet performance goals
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Assist in opening and closing the boutique, including cash handling and reports
  • Provide regular performance feedback to staff and support staff development

Job Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail or business training is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a retail supervisor, boutique supervisor, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

  • Visual merchandising awareness
  • Knowledge of fashion, retail trends, or boutique operations is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
