Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of SAP systems, including but not limited to process management, queue management, transportation management, printing management, update and patch management, etc.;
• Responsible for providing various BASIS monitoring and analysis data, unified operation and maintenance reports, handling system issue, interface troubleshooting, optimizing system configuration, improving system performance, and ensuring the stable and continuous operation of the system;
• Responsible for product deployment and system optimization, including installation, configuration, and upgrade of SAP system;
• Responsible for high availability construction of SAP system and maintenance of disaster recovery environment;
• Supporting BUIT project, coordinating work between the application and infrared levels, fulfill project deployment requirements;
• Responsible for analyzing database performance bottlenecks through monitoring tools, optimizing SQL queries, memory allocation, and storage configuration to enhance processing efficiency under high-concurrency scenarios.
• Manage HANA system permissions and transport request , and resolve system issues as part of routine maintenance tasks;
• Master SAP HANA deployment, upgrade, backuprestoration, DR simulation, HA maintenance, and troubleshooting;
• Support internal external IT audit and fix security vulnerabilities through security's requirements.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of full-time working experience in SAP Basis. Have good self-learning ability, independent problem analysis and solving skills;
• Rich experience in ECC, S/4hana, CRM, PO, DS, BO, BW, SLT, SLM and other related system management and maintenance, including but not limited to installation, configuration, migration, data archiving, system copy, backup, permission allocation, etc;
• Solid knowledge of SAP HANA system and familiar with the architecture of SAP HANA in-memory database;
• Have the ability to diagnose and optimize the performance of HANA database problems, understand the parameter specifications and data migration of HANA databases, etc.
• Familiar with the daily operation and maintenance of Linux Windows operating systems.
• Has a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness, is meticulous in handling tasks, has a strong sense of teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to multi-tasking and high demand work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Speaking
• Experience with SAP of enterprise Operation.
• Certifications: SAP Basis/ SAP HANA
