Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the OT team.
  • Develop and maintain OT protocols, SOPs, and best practices in line with MOH & accreditation requirements and hospital standards.
  • Ensure operational readiness and functionality of OT equipment, instruments, consumables, and HIS; champion the adoption of digital workflows and smart technologies.
  • Work closely with surgeons and anaesthetists on case planning, theatre utilisation, and optimisation of surgical flow.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and support accreditation processes.
  • Foster a high-performance culture characterised by teamwork, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with Post basic in Perioperative Nursing
  • Strong knowledge of OT operations, infection control, patient safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience with digital or smart hospital systems is an added advantage.
  • Passionate about quality, innovation, and contributing to a pioneering team in a new hospital.
