Maintenance Technician 2

Key Responsibility:Attend breakdowns of all Packing and Manufacturing lines or equipment's (Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic).Provide necessary engineering support to production after completion of the changeover of manufacturing and packing equipment's to ensure smooth operation.Perform Preventive Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical) and Autonomous Maintenance as per the schedule or frequency.Carry out the necessary continuous improvement to improve the performance of the manufacturing and packing equipment's, and support to achieve necessary OEE targets or productivity.To maintain required GMP and EHS norms for all the tasks carried out.To manage tools and spare parts for the equipment's.To attend meeting related to production and engineering (Tier 0 and Tier1).To work on shift as outlined in Haleon handbook/CA, as per required by Haleon business needs.To be aware & adhere site GMP & EHS procedures and work towards the overall objective of company.Supervise job or works done by external contractors in line with management, safety and legal requirement.Scope of Accountability:Co-operate among all cross functional departments such as facility & utility, projects, production or any other department.Fill up the necessary documents such as Preventive maintenance checklist, any respective logbooks or any others as and when required.To carry out repairing work like welding and fabrication works without 100% depending on vendor.Carry out effective plant daily inspection and attend to any defect or abnormality accordingly & timely manner.Perform any duties assigned by superior from time to time.To be involved in production and engineering improvement activity.Use part or consumable items in a cost-effective manner. Minimize unusable parts or consumables items.To participate in all pre-audit, audit, post-audit activities deemed necessary by HaleonEnsure compliance to all GMP and EHS norms.Maintain the critical system in the high-level performance.Work closely with production team for smooth production operations.Perform ZAP actions.Perform a BDA for any breakdown resulting in production loss >2hr.Job Related Skills/Background:Must be able to work on shift.Able to handle various OSD, Powder manufacturing and packing equipment's.Must have basic knowledge on PLC, Electronic /Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic.Must be able to work in clean room.Knowledgeable on welding & fabrication work.Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Can work in a fast environment paced environment and work at flexible/tended working hours.Able to work with minimum supervision.Excellent interpersonal skills.Hands on machine maintenance & repairs.Computer literate.Care to join us.
