Employment

• This is a full-time or part-time role for a Takaful agent under AIA, HM AMEER GROUP, based in Malaysia.

Role Description & Key Responsibility

• As an agent, you will be responsible for; Providing professional financial consultation and advise to clients in the areas of protection,

savings, medical and legacy planning.

• Conducting needs analysis and offering tailored solutions based on clients' goals.
• Building long-term relationships and servicing clients including claims, policy

updates, and financial reviews.

• Driving sales activities through prospecting, marketing, and networking.
• Continuously learning and developing through AIA training programs to achieve

career growth (Unit Manager, District Manager and beyond).

Qualification / Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• SPM holders can be considered with experienced in sales background (with minimum 5 credit)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Basic allowance from RM3,000 up to RM 15,000 (based on qualification & KPI).
