Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Leader Chef Hotel Maluri.
- Perform task within a timely manner.
- Any other suitable task as and when assigned by Chef.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Advanced/ Higher Graduated Diploma in Culinary Art or equivalent required.
- Required skill (s): knowledge in Malay, Chinese & India Cuisine. Malaysian Fusion Food & Western Food is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
