Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise daily site construction work in progress.

· Supervise and control workers, subcontractors' daily work activities, and ensure that material and equipment, personnel, and tools are available to perform the work.

· Manage, monitor, and control site construction to reduce materials wastage.

· Organize workflow and ensure workers understand their duties or delegated tasks.

· Attending site and project meetings as required.

· Coordinate and review with the consultant on technical, design, and site works.

· Planning of work and resources with particular reference to the work program to ensure timely progress.

· Ensure site works are carried out as per the timeline.

· To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Building Engineering or any other related field.

· Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and demanding work requirements, and tight construction schedules.

· Good communication skills.

· Good Planning and organizing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
