Qualifications & experience

  • Candidates must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, construction drawings.
  • Experience working in a contractor firm or QS consultant firm is advantageous.
  • High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player with strong commitment to department harmony.
  • PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software package.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare work done drawing for projects.
  • To perform calculations for quantity taking off.
  • Prepare monthly claim submission.
  • Assist in sub contractors' tender documentation.
  • Asist in checking and verification of sub-contractors' progress claim and V.O works.
  • Involve in monthly project meeting with site person, prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost breakdowns, expenditure summaries, and budget forecast.
  • Work closely with project managers, site engineers & site supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
