We're looking for a go-getter who loves building connections and creating buzz From eye-catching in-mall ads to vibrant joint events, you'll make sure our brand shines and customers keep coming back for more.

Job Roles:

1. Partnership Building & Negotiation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing contacts and management teams at target shopping malls.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for in-mall advertising placements (digital signage, posters, POP, etc.) and event spaces (atrium, common areas, etc.).
  • Align on advertising budgets, implementation specifics, and schedules.

2. Joint Promotion Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage co-hosted events with malls (new product launches, seasonal fairs, etc.).
  • Plan joint social media campaigns, coordinate content, and manage posting schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-promotional efforts via mutual websites, email newsletters, and other owned media.

3. Project Management & Performance Analysis

  • Manage the schedule, budget, and quality of all promotional activities.
  • Measure and analyze KPIs (foot traffic, social media engagement, sales impact) post-event, and propose improvements for future activities.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product Planning, PR, etc.) to secure necessary resources (products, staff, promotional materials).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in promotions or sales within the commercial real estate, advertising agency, or retail industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills (budget and schedule management).
  • Fluent in Chinese and English to communicate with ASEAN countries.
  • *Bonus points if including Japanese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,200.00 per month
