Job description

• Greeting customers as they enter the cafe.
• Communicating customer orders to the kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborating with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations.

Applicants job requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
• Attentiveness and patience towards customers.
• Strong hands-on skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently with a positive and responsible demeanor.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and ability to actively engage with all relevant parties.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position: Waiter/Ess

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
