We're looking for a
Retail Operations Executive
to take charge of our day-to-day retail operations — ensuring every outlet runs smoothly, achieves strong sales, and delivers the brand experience our customers expect.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across retail outlets to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with store and pop-up sales promoters to hit monthly sales targets and drive retail performance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales promoters — keeping teams motivated, accountable, and high-performing.
  • Coordinate
    visual merchandising
    and campaign rollouts to maintain consistent brand presentation.
  • Manage
    stock flow and replenishment
    between HQ, warehouse, and outlets to ensure optimal sell-through.
  • Monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improve operations.
  • Support the setup and execution of
    retail promotions and pop-ups
    , especially during festive seasons.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in
    retail operations
    — ideally within
    fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
    brands
  • Proven ability to
    recruit, train, and retain
    effective retail teams — you know what makes a great promoter or retail associate tick.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple outlets and teams, with a passion for fieldwork and on-ground execution
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret sales data to drive results
  • Willing to travel for store visits and events
