Responsibilities:

  • The Web Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the INTI website.
  • Supports the setup and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across the website and affiliated marketplaces.
  • Focuses on delivering a seamless, user-friendly, and secure digital experience for prospective students, current students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ensures that product pages are fully optimized for user experience, including accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.
  • Manages inventory and content updates across platforms, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
  • Provides support in analyzing website and marketplace performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations to improve user engagement and overall experience.
  • Ensures compliance with web security standards and contributes to the execution and tracking of digital campaigns and analytics initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field. Entry-level candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a digital environment are welcome as well.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of web maintenance and online retail operations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
  • Basic understanding of Homepage website maintenance.
  • Independent, self-driven problem-solving skills.
