We're looking for a Junior Executive, Finance to join our growing team This role offers hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial data management and preparing reports, etc. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job purpose:

  • To ensure accurate and timely entry of accounting data into the company's financial systems in compliance with established accounting standards and internal controls.
  • To support the Finance team by maintaining complete and reliable financial records, assisting in reconciliations, and contributing to the smooth operation of daily accounting activities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounting documents (hard copy and electronic).
  • Assist in preparing and updating ledgers, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) records.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process by ensuring all data is updated.
  • Generate simple reports or summaries as requested by the Management Team
  • Assist in maintaining proper filing and documentation for reporting senior to submit for audit and tax purposes.
  • Ensure all financial information is handled with confidentiality and integrity.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate should possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (added advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
