Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur for a Marketing Campaign position tailored for fresh graduates. The role involves assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to guide marketing strategies. Other daily tasks include collaborating with team members to plan promotional strategies, providing support for customer engagement initiatives, and contributing creative ideas for campaign improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Market Research techniques and ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
• Understanding of Marketing Strategy and the ability to apply it to real-world campaigns.
• Sales experience or understanding, as well as a customer-oriented approach to ensure excellent Customer Service.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to contribute to projects as a team player.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is recommended but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital tools and basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
