The Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office and to support the daily operations of our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative coordination to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and well-run workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers; manage the reception area to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance teams, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Support day-to-day office operations, office supplies, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Be a go-to person for administrative support as the company continues to grow.
