The Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office and to support the daily operations of our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative coordination to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and well-run workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers; manage the reception area to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  2. Manage and direct incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  3. Handle internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  4. Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance teams, including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  5. Support day-to-day office operations, office supplies, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
  6. Be a go-to person for administrative support as the company continues to grow.
